Services and Scope
F4VPN provides subscriptions with international routes and smart traffic routing for cross-border access and access to international websites. Coverage includes 90+ countries / 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get the client and subscription details through the user panel.
Route coverage does not guarantee the same connection experience in every region or at all times. Third-party websites set their own account eligibility, content licenses, and regional rules. This service does not provide memberships to those websites or guarantee continued access to specific content. Choose routes based on your actual network environment.
Account and Subscription Use
No email address is required to create an account; simply use a username and password. Keep your password, subscription link, and import details secure. A subscription link is an access credential and should not be posted on public pages or in groups, or entrusted to others. If credentials are exposed, take action in the panel promptly and submit a support ticket.
There is no device limit, and account holders may use the service on their own devices at the same time. This does not authorize resale: sharing accounts with others, publicly distributing subscriptions, renting out routes, or using subscriptions for paid services offered to others is prohibited. Users are responsible for activity on their devices and for actions taken with their authorization.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; the price difference for mid-cycle upgrades is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan and billing method before confirming an order. Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. Do not use this service for fraud, infringement, unlawful data acquisition, malware distribution, network attacks, or other illegal activities. Do not disrupt routes, misuse system resources, or infringe on the lawful rights and interests of others.
Network acceleration does not change the legal nature of a user's conduct. Users are responsible for determining whether the content they access and their business activities comply with applicable requirements, and for obtaining any necessary authorization. F4VPN may apply necessary connection restrictions and conduct checks in response to unusual activity that affects other users or service operations.
Availability and Limits of Responsibility
Connection performance depends on the local network, carrier routing, device settings, exit routes, and the status of target platforms. Maintenance, network failures, force majeure events, or changes by third-party platforms may interrupt connections, affect speeds, or temporarily disable some functions. F4VPN will investigate as appropriate and provide relevant updates through the website or user panel.
This service does not guarantee a fixed speed, fixed latency, or continuous access to any third-party platform. Keep copies of important data, and do not rely on a single connection as the sole safeguard for critical business operations. Responsibility is determined under applicable law and the specific facts. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit rights users have under applicable law.
Refund Requests and Payments
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel support ticket, specifying the relevant order and refund request so we can verify the payment record. You do not need to explain why you no longer use the service. Do not include your account password or full subscription link in a ticket.
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund verification, processing, and progress updates are handled through the ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel; no fixed arrival time is promised on this page. Benefits associated with the refunded order will be adjusted accordingly. If there is a dispute about order verification, provide additional payment details in the same ticket.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
In cases of illegal use, resale or sharing, disruption of service operations, or other serious violations of these terms, F4VPN may suspend relevant connections or terminate account access as appropriate, and explain the action through the user panel. Users may submit a ticket to request a review. Account actions do not automatically remove any refund or other obligations required by law.
If the service scope or usage rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the website or through the user panel. Review any changes before continuing to use the service.
