Service Overview and Operating Principles

F4VPN is a smart-routing VPN subscription for everyday international access. Clear information about routes, rules, and billing helps you decide whether the service fits your needs.

Smart Routing for Different Use Cases

Use AI Tools, stream content, or access international websites. F4VPN routes app traffic according to its rules while keeping local traffic direct. Choose from 220+ routes across 90+ countries, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux—and unlimited devices connected at once.

Coverage doesn’t guarantee that every app will work through every location. Choose a route based on the service’s regional requirements, your current network, and your client rules—not just the location name.

Choosing Routes and Troubleshooting

Choose a route based on whether the app works as expected and the connection remains stable. If you run into trouble, first check your subscription status and rule matches, then try another route to see whether the issue is with your local network, the route, or the service. A single speed test isn’t a substitute for real-world use.

If you still need help, open a support ticket in the dashboard and include your client, exit location, time of the issue, and any error message. Don’t include your password or full subscription link. Plans are billed at the published prices and come with a 60-day refund policy; requests and support conversations are handled through the dashboard.

Privacy and Data Minimization

F4VPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account without an email address using a username and password. We collect only what’s needed to maintain accounts, process orders, and help troubleshoot issues. When submitting a support ticket, share only information relevant to the problem.

An encrypted connection doesn’t replace good account security. Keep your login credentials and subscription link safe, and avoid sharing screenshots that contain sensitive information. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain how information is handled and the limits of service use.
